Project Overview  
In partnership with Bajaj Finserv, Jobskul executed the Certificate Programme in Banking, Finance, and Insurance (CPBFI) as part of the company’s CSR outreach. The initiative was designed to make college students industry-ready, especially in the BFSI sector. Our role involved onboarding institutions, conducting student counselling, managing on-ground logistics, and supporting delivery and assessment.

We ensured that students from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in Odisha had access to professional training, mentorship, and exposure to real-world case studies. Sessions were conducted by certified trainers, and learners gained critical insights into financial markets, products, and customer interaction skills.

Impact

• Onboarded and trained students from 15+ colleges across Odisha

• Helped hundreds of final-year students improve their career prospects in BFSI
• Boosted awareness about formal financial services among youth in underrepresented regions
