Project Overview
In collaboration with Seemanta Engineering College, Jobskul successfully conducted an Online Campus Drive between 9th to 11th August 2021 for one of our reputed hiring partners in the domain of Business Development. The objective was to facilitate direct employment opportunities for final-year students and recent graduates across Odisha.

Jobskul managed the end-to-end recruitment process – from candidate registration and resume collection to coordination of interviews and communication with the employer. The drive involved outreach to eligible students, scrutiny of applications, and smooth execution of virtual interview rounds via digital platforms.

We ensured timely sharing of job descriptions and expectations with students to help them prepare better. All participants were required to register via our official portal and email their updated resumes as per instructions.

Impact

• Successfully engaged students from Seemanta Engineering College and neighbouring institutions
• Helped students land full-time roles in Business Development across Odisha
• Strengthened our relationships with both the academic institution and industry client
• Demonstrated our capability in executing remote campus recruitment drives, setting a template for future collaborations
