Project Overview 
Jobskul collaborated with TASK under the Government of Telangana’s initiative to enhance employability among youth. The project aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and industry expectations by delivering practical, outcome-oriented training. We worked closely with colleges and universities across Telangana to deliver modules in soft skills, communication, interview readiness, and digital tools.

Through customised training programmes and expert-led sessions, we enabled students to better understand real-world job requirements, improve workplace behaviour, and prepare for placements. The curriculum was curated in alignment with the state’s skilling goals and industry demands.

Impact

• Trained over 3,000+ students across multiple districts of Telangana

• Achieved a 35% improvement in placement readiness scores (pre- and post-assessments)
• Received positive feedback from both institutions and participants for making learning engaging and industry-relevant
