Educational Background
Sitansu Mishra holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Computer Science & Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha, where he also contributed scholarly work on cyber security, including international and national publications. He is a certified CCNA from Cisco Networking Academy and has completed specialised training in Life Skills, POSH, Emotional Intelligence, Corporate Grooming, and Interpersonal Skills. He also undertook an internship in Computer Networking & Cyber Security at IIT Kharagpur, enriching his technical foundation early in his career.

Career Journey

With over 18 years of diverse experience, his journey spans technical, academic, entrepreneurial, and consulting roles. He began as a System Analyst and went on to train over 55,000 unemployed youth through a PPP initiative by IL&FS and OCAC. He served as an Assistant Professor at OEC Bhubaneswar for 7 years, managing both academic and administrative responsibilities. Over time, he took up leadership roles in multiple startups and edtech ventures, such as BizzTab Technologies and After Campus Education, significantly contributing to talent development, business expansion, and corporate training.

Current Roles & Leadership at Jobskül

He is currently the Founder, MD & CEO of Jobskül and Apogee Consulting & Training Services LLP (ApogeeCTS). Through Jobskül, he leads initiatives to combat unemployment by bridging the industry-academia gap. The platform emphasises affordable blended learning (online & offline) to make Indian youth job-ready, upholding the mission: “Get Skilled & Get Jobs @ Jobskül.” ApogeeCTS, under his leadership, continues to deliver impactful L&D programmes, corporate training, consulting, and placement support. Both ventures are recognised by Startup India and Startup Odisha, and backed by Pontaq VC and STPI.

His core expertise lies in Learning & Development, Employability Enhancement, Skill Training, and Corporate Mentoring. He is a recognised Mentor of Change under AIM, NITI Aayog, and an international representative of India at prestigious forums such as HEIRRI in Austria and business delegations in Vietnam.
